Honda of Oakland

I took my Honda Fit in for service today and was thoroughly impressed from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, all of the staff were warm, professional, and knowledgeable — clearly a team that takes pride in excellent service. Porters gave clear instructions upon drop off, no confusion on where to go. John J. was my advisor, offered to get me a ride to work, and delivered my vehicle on time as promised. Rodrigo, who was my driver today, is very kind and a great conversationalist! The coffee machine was a nice bonus for my morning drop off :) Thank you for the excellent service!

Julie is a great sales person. I came to her with my honest situation, she didn’t beat around the bush. She was very helpful through the entire process and extremely patient. Great human being all around. Everyone left happy :)

I had the best experience I've ever had during a service visit, thanks to Victor Martinez! From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making sure everything went smoothly. He kept me informed every step of the way and made the entire process stress-free. Victor truly went above and beyond—I left feeling confident and well taken care of. I’ll absolutely be returning for future service needs. Highly recommend!

The Team at Honda of Oakland are the best. You actually feel like a family member. I felt like an Uncle who they haven't seen in years and they were so happy to see me. I got such a great deal on a 2025, new Honda Pilot. This SUV is one of the best I've seen. The quality, the style, the practicality and the comfort is sooo amazing! Go see Fred and Julie. They will take good care of you...

Good sales people to deal with at Honda Oakland. We arrived at the dealership greeted by Fred , Sales Manager, very welcoming and he promised a smooth buying process of my nephews brand new Honda Civic Hybrid Sports Touring. Julie Nguyen assisted us from the start to finish of the car buying process and we are very impressed with her great customer service. Great Honda Dealership! Thank you Fred and Julie!
