Volkswagen of Oakland

The best experience EVER. Do you need a new car? No BS and straightforward purchase. The guys at VW of Oakland exceeded all my expectations. Tony and Diego are just amazing people. I am not trying to exaggerate with this review. I am being 100% honest. I was skeptical at first because of previous experiences, but this guy's made my purchase so good that if I ever buy another car, I will definitely do it again at VW of Oakland. Thank you so much, Tony and Diego, for the great experience

I always feel confident that my car will be fixed correctly, Bryan one of the service agents has always been polite, professional, and informative and has caught warranty issues that the original dealership didn’t saving me losing thousands of dollars. Though that was a year ago, I always trust him when I need my car repaired. So far this has been one of my better dealerships I have dealt with.

This review specifically for selling a vehicle to Volkswagen of Oakland. They were great about getting back quickly to my request for offers from KBB. I brought my Toyota sienna in. I did the KBB for trade-in value right before I came, using my license plate and mileage. The range was 43K to 47K with an average price of 45. They offered me 41 and said the KBB Price was 40. They used "fair" condition, though my car is easily good bordering on very good. So if you want an offer at the low range of KBB at the Fair condition this is the spot! I will update review with what I sell the car for and to who. Sold to Toyota of Marin for $44,500.

I was looking for a budget-friendly manual car to practice on before spending a year abroad, and I found a 2021 Golf TSI at Oakland VW. The whole experience was incredibly smooth. Diego greeted me, showed me the car, and took me on a quick test drive. Within an hour, the deal was done. No sitting around in the finance office, no pressure, just straightforward and efficient. Since I wasn’t fully comfortable driving stick yet and didn’t have anyone to give me a ride home, they went the extra mile and delivered the car to my house an hour away the next day. That kind of service really stood out. I’m super grateful and would definitely recommend Oakland VW to anyone looking for a hassle-free ex…

We went to 3 other car dealership and couldnt get an approval because im already currently paying on car. I called and explained my situation to the financial manager, gave him my info over the phone. 20 minutes later I got my approval. I went to see tinguan and rolled out with a Atlas. Application easy. Paperwork easy. Thank yall for our second vehicle we very much appreciated it!!!
