Firestone Complete Auto Care

This place needs major help! Service is not done in a timely manner. It’s evident as soon as you arrive. The associate Gerald seems completely discombobulated with his job. Not very helpful! I won’t go into every detail because the manager was very nice and professional. He actually rectified the situation after I waited over two hours!

I had a highly positive experience at the Firestone location in Oakland, CA. I was assisted by Jessica, who was exceptionally helpful and attentive to my needs as a walk-in customer. Initially, I anticipated a lengthy wait for my brake service, but due to time constraints, I communicated my situation to Jessica. She efficiently ensured that I was in and out within an hour. Thank you, Jessica, for your outstanding service!

Jessica and Gerald were extremely professional and helpful. They paid very close attention to detail. If they aren’t the manager and assistant manager they should be just based on the attentiveness and level of care and professionalism. I will definitely be getting my car maintained by Firestone only.

Such an amazing experience!!! The employee, I think his name is Greg, very awesome dude!!! He was very patient with my questioning, and explained every comparison with the pricing. I would definitely come back. He made me feel very comfortable with my choice of tires. 100%
