I recently took my Chevy Silverado to this auto body repair shop for some significant repairs, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They took the time to thoroughly assess the damage to my vehicle and provided me with a detailed explanation of the repairs needed. Throughout the repair process, I was kept informed of the progress, and the work was completed in a timely manner. When I picked up my Chevy Silverado, I was amazed at how fantastic it looked - the repair was flawless, and you could never tell that there had been any damage. Alright, so first of all we came in for a paint job. A paint job that took almost a month to get done.! And tell me why it was so hard to get in contact with them! We tried to reach out and get an update and of couse no answer!. We would try calling and the line would sound disconnected. Then we finally are able to come in and they tell us that there was a problem with the paint that they had to repaint the whole car again. A few days later after they did the second paint job we took the car. And come to find out they didn’t do a very good job. There were a lot of detains on the car that still needed to get fixed so we took the car again. And Luis charged us another $200. After we paid him …
