IN N OUT Auto Service

Just got out of this place. 2005 Toyota Corolla. Ben getting it smoked every two years for the last decade. This time he tells me “After market catalytic converter, no pass.$50.”

I don’t normally write reviews unless I feel passionate about it but man oh man the guy that runs this place is the most unprofessional, unhelpful, and rude with a smug face to go with that. I brought my car here for a smog check and it fails, that’s fine, but he offers zero suggestions as to how to fix it, happily takes my money and sends me along my way. I bring it back to him after finding out …

Henry is knowledgeable and verry calm. Every time my car have problems he always find the way to fix it well. The price is great compare with another.

Go some where else. Fail the smog check because my car has a air cone filter. He would told me before the test. So I wont waste money and time. Even worse, it has a record on DMV system.

Go to someone else who knows what they are doing. This guy failed my smog test for a valve with no hose. He had no idea what the valve was for he just failed the test and told me to go to another mechanic to figure it out. Turns out its an extra valve if you wanted to add a part to my car and shouldn't have been a reason to fail the test. Something this guy should have known. Don't w…
