Impatient jerks who don’t listen, and then tell you you’re not listening. Literally hung up the phone on me before I could explain what I needed help with, since starting my car would risk the check engine light coming on. They just want their 59.99 and probably don’t live in this neighborhood.

2nd time I tried to give this small business my $$$! I told them my service engine light comes on when I need an oil change- I asked if that something that reset before I could complete my sentence “ he said, we don’t do that” and tried to charge me $139 for an oil change on an 09.
