Jose was very knowledgeable regarding our zephyr rangehood vent. He explained to me what was wrong with it as well as how to take care of it. I appreciated his patience and willingness to educate me on the product I purchased.

Installers were very professional and careful and thorough. Took care not to harm anything. Took extra care to level stove, which I was happy about.
