Jose was very knowledgeable regarding our zephyr rangehood vent. He explained to me what was wrong with it as well as how to take care of it. I appreciated his patience and willingness to educate me on the product I purchased.

Disappointing experience — would not recommend. I contacted this company to repair my wine fridge, clearly explaining upfront that the manufacturer had already sent me a replacement part. They sent a technician who spent a few minutes looking at the unit, declared the part faulty, and charged me $150. The manufacturer disagreed, sent a second part, but the fridge still wouldn’t power on. Now the company wants to charge me another $150 just to send the technician back — even though no real troubleshooting was done the first time. Repair service was excellent. Easy to make appointment and Jose, the technician was very professional. He worked efficiently and fixed our broken Bertazzoni refrigerator door closure mechanism in no time. Excellent service. I highly recommend Kerenza and will use them again for future repairs.

Installers were very professional and careful and thorough. Took care not to harm anything. Took extra care to level stove, which I was happy about. Also on time, and let me know a1-15 minutes before their arrival, so I could be ready to greet them...I appreciated that as well. I did have some issue with communication with the office, scheduling, etc., but part of that was because I was not available to receive the range when they first had it delivered to them from manufacturer.
