Wheels America

I wouldn’t buy wheels here again. The customer service over the phone was horrible and someone needs to let that guy know he can’t treat people the way he does . Only reason he is getting a star is because the right wheels were delivered.

Gave 2 stars because customer service over the phone was seriously lacking. Guy I spoke with was not helpful and very rude. They got the wheel done very fast which is why they got any stars at all. Overall, the person I spoke with needs to learn how to deal with people. Do better guy, you know who you are.

Had a bad experience with this business. Very uncommunicative and unprofessional, told me they could fix my wheels after seeing it in person twice and then called me to say they aren’t fixable and to pick them up. Wasted my time, damaged one of the tires while taking out the wheel, they wouldn’t put the tires back on the wheel either so I had 4 pieces to pick up and needed to buy another tire. I had my wheels fixed at another shop, so they aren’t capable either. Take your business elsewhere.

I tried standing by as long as I could to avoid leaving a relatively lower but constructive review however, I brought a rim here for repair in lieu of it leaking tire air in the result of a crack. The rim thankfully was returned to me polished and welded, but unfortunately after the first visit and repair the rim was still experiencing a leak. I brought it back a 2nd time for repair and it was the same result. I now daily have to put air in my tire as a result of a failed rim repair.

Great company. I was looking to quickly sell my C4 corvette wheels as im shipping my car soon and cant take the extra set with me, and they were very fast about offering me for them. Within a day we had a fair price worked out in my opinion and they even would have paid for shipping. Since i was local i dropped them off myself and then they added a little extra money to compensate for that. The people were all very nice and hard working too. Would very much recommend if you are looking for a quick sell.
