Catracho Auto Repair and Tire Service

These people are trash. They tried to scam my sister out of hundreds of dollars. They immediately gave the money back when me & my pops showed up there because they knew what they did. They don’t even deserve the one star I had to give them.

Quoted me 2-3 days for my auto repair, it's been 6 days and they won't pick up the phone nor return my calls despite numerous times them saying they'll call me in a given time window and not calling me. I need my car, I can't imagine being treated this way by any other repair shop

They had a amazing customers service and were so kind and helpful when I was very stressed out after a car crash while trying to figure out if it was even worth repairing but they quickly told me what was needed and got the parts quickly and the repairs were more affordable than I expected so I was actually able to keep a good deal of the money from my insurance settlement. Incredible service. I pulled up with a tire that was low pressure and they were closing in 20 minutes. The tech found that a nail had punctured my tire and fixed it right then and there. Could not have asked for better service than that.

Went in to see why my vehicle was making weird noises and driving funny. The owner didn’t even try to help just popped my hood and checked my oil and said it was safe for me to drive. I spoke to a mechanic over the phone who was positively able to identify the issue as my transmission. I guess they don’t like money here. Don’t waste your time.
