Had a slow leak in back tire from a nail. The technician was friendly and helped when I pulled up. Was $30 to get the tire plugged and only took a few minutes.

Place refuses to fix their tire air pump. It’s been broken for over a year now. UPDATE: Pump was fixed Summer 2024 -- but as of Winter 2024 it has sprung another leak. If you need air for your tire, you're better off going to the Chevron over the hill on Grand Avenue

My sister was robbed at this gas station today at 11:00 am in broad daylight. She and I have both reached out to the owner to view the camera footage as the chicken ish degenerates who robbed her failed to cover up their license plates. We have yet to hear back from her. Oakland police wouldn’t even go out to take a report and told her she needed to file a report online.

BREAKING CA LAW - CHARGING $2 FOR AIR Asked them to turn on the air so I could fill my tires (free in CA). The owner said it'd be $2 unless I bought gas. Wow. Would rather try to scam me for $2 and ensure I NEVER buy gas here than just turn on the air like a reasonable person. Since 1999, California law has required “every service station in this state to provide, during operating hours, water, compressed air and a gauge for measuring air pressure to the public for use in servicing any passenger or commercial vehicle.”

My husband stopped there to get gas and we noticed after we were on the road again that our tank was empty. after getting gas again at another station we called to check what happened and let them know their pump wasn't working and make sure we weren't charged the person who answered the phone didn't try to help us. He didn't ask us for more information or apologize. He just told us he can't help unless we go all the way back there. Could have asked for our names and checked on the pump. Found a lot of excuses for not trying to help and literally said "this is nothing to do with me, I'm trying to help you" Horrible customer service after a really frust…
