Pay to park somewhere else. Man working the front is rude and disrespectful.
Pricing is very reasonable. Paying was easy. I note this because I was worried by all the reviews about the broken machines. Currently you pay by credit card at the booth when driving out. Person at the booth was polite and payment was fast.
Came for jury duty. Just a warning: they close the entrance between 8:30-8:45 to let employees in. And on my way back I asked the guy at the car entrance where I go to pay. His response as he walked me across the 2 entrance exit lanes : did you park here? You need to read this. Thanks for nothing!
FRIDAY 28TH OF OCTOBER PARKED MY TRUCK @730AM on my way to work (on 11th street) Got off work @530pm and looked like it was stolen i go to the cashier/security guard and nobody knows if it was stolen or towed me and the security spent 40 minutes looking up every floor (8) i told the man i wanted to speak to a supervisor a guy they called said to the security to fill out a form .
