Took my mom car and is using it to rack up toll fees. He won't answer or return calls and no legal paperwork for him to have ownership of her car.

Definitely shady. I had one issue. I was constantly in and out of this place for a while and sank thousands of $$ trying to fix this one issue. Finally got fed up and took my car into a legit auto business who fixed my car fast, easily, and at a fraction of the cost. Came after work and a little before they closed up the shop but they took me in for a car maintenance; nevertheless, Dan kept me in the loop and it was a smooth first-time experience. Great place. Lot looks full, but you just pull in like any other shop. Call ahead to schedule. The owner explains things clearly and simply. Made a point to educate in a positive fashion.
