Auto Works & Company

They are a ripoff, 50% more than the estimate for Chilton. They left some debris in my seat track so it was making a grinding noise when I backed the seat up. I said hey, would you mind vacuuming it out? Daniel was like, not my problem. I said, I spent $20k with you and you can’t spend 5 minute to vacuum the debris you left behind? He said not only that, but I was suspicious because the first thing I did was back the seat up (they’re the ones who left it forward. I would never bring my car here again, shady and untrustworthy.

Incredibly kind and professional team. Throughout the entire process, Daniel, Ivan and the rest of the office staff expressed genuine care and showed great attention to detail. Somehow my car looked better than when I bought it brand new a couple of years ago. Highly recommend.

Daniel and his crew worked magic on my older vehicle. It hasn’t looked this good in years. Special thanks to the lovely office manager for the hospitality! Very glad we went here instead of the dealership - great value.

A thief broke my window as I was at a red light in Oakland. With my baby in her carseat. Scariest thing ever, but thanks to Auto Works for the speedy work on my car to get me back on the road. Great customer service! Kept me informed during the entire process and worked hard to get me the best possible. Will definitely return whenever I need any work done on my car and recommend 10/10.

Wow.....awesome result! Daniel & Yudith and the team were absolutely fantastic in getting my vehicle back on the road with the required standards to ensure future safety. So pleased they were the Body Shop of my choice as they are fully certified and use the OEM parts in making things right again. Great communication and genuine care throughout the whole process especially when dealing with insurance companies, great attention to detail. Very happy, highly recommended 😁
