Neo Autoworks

had to get a door replaced and wasn't sure how things were gonna work out. they were extremely helpful and clear, which dispelled any worries or uncertainties i had. jeff even detailed how they would match the exact paint color so that the car looked as good as new. which it did! service was timely and well executed, no complaints at all and very happy with the work done!

Neo has been my go-to mechanic for about 12 years. Jeffrey and Jenny are wonderful. They are reliable, trustworthy, and professional. They conduct all my Lexus services, if needed. Yes, they will let me know if some maintenance is NOT needed! And, they are not afraid to suggest I go to a dealer in the very rare case they cannot help me, such as a hybrid computer issue. I swear by Neo. I cannot recommend them enough.

Neo Autoworks recently applied a ceramic pro coating to my new Apex Vs5rs wheels and did a fantastic job! Application looks even and consistent. They were helpful, quick to respond and professional. Thanks guys!

Just had a great body repair experience here at Neo Autoworks! The owner Jeffrey was a nice guy, very patient and very responsive in communication. I only spent a few minutes calling insurance company to file the claim, and then Jeffrey took care of this rest of things, appraisals and getting estimate etc. The whole process went very smoothly and I didn't need to worry about anything. The repair was done perfectly! Great job on the paint works! And he also found that two of the chrome window trims are not aligned so he even replaced them for free since they are not covered by the insurance claim. This was so nice! So I highly recommend Neo Autoworks and Jeffrey!

Neo Autoworks is one of the best autowork places I have been. Jeff at Neo Autoworks did a great job fixing my car. I had a car accident on the highway and my front door was crushed. I live in Los Altos and drove my Mini all the way to Oakland (totally worth it) and brought my car to them. They offer great custome service and always respond to me very quickly. They not only fixed my front door in less a week, but also fixed the wipers and changed the filter. They also replaced the small light on the back door. It was a great experience and I recommend you Neo Autoworks.
