Been here multiple times for various issues with my 2013 Tacoma. They've been honest and transparent about pricing and things that need to be fixed now versus things that can probably wait a while. Use of original Toyota parts is also a huge plus. Friendly, professional, and prompt. Highly recommend.

I brought my high-mileage Corolla in for brake pads and rotors, and they were incredibly honest throughout the process. They didn’t upsell me on unnecessary work, just told me what the car really needed and what could wait. As a young woman without family nearby to consult on things like this or accompany me to appointments, it was reassuring to know they truly cared about safety, quality, honesty, and fair pricing. This was easily the most reasonable quote I received in the area. I'd been trying to get my touchscreen replaced for almost a year with another repair shop, who kept making false promises and going back on what they thought was possible. I was referred to Alameda Import by a friend and they immediately fixed the issue within 2 weeks and we ended up getting a new part for WAY cheaper than anything I'd been quoted at other places. Gabriela is also super nice. Would recommend this place to anyone.

Everyone at Alameda Import Automotive has been so so helpful. I bought a used car that needed some work done and they were honest about what the car needed, charged a very fair price, and have always gone above and beyond with customer service. This is the only place I’ll ever go to get my car fixed! I recommend to all my friends and family! Matt knows his cars, his pricing is always fair and customer service is always amazing!
