They couldn’t find my Info at the other location in Oakland closer to downtown so I came to this one and even with the slight difficulty of finding my info they were able to do it and get the job done . Everyone on that shift was super accommodating and personable . I appreciate the kind customer service , for me as a girl - anything that has to do with car maintenance can be super intimidating because a lot of time I really don’t know what I’m doing 🥲 but Im glad everyone here that day made everything fast,swift and helpful. Thanks again !

Second time coming here. Tony and the crew are AMAZING. Super nice. Not condescending or rude, despite how busy they are. All payments and charges are up front and transparent. No funny business. Definitely would recommend if you’re looking for a chill and great quality place for a great price.

Tire pressure and clean oil at the target levels for $112 (full service full synthetic Kendall GT-1 MAX). I was informed by Service Champ to return my vehicle to the shop because an incorrect oil filter part was installed during yesterday's service. The windshield wiper fluid cap also presumably fell open during the drive home, they didn't clean my windshield (marked 'Completed') and my air filter was not ok (marked 'OK'). These guys are awesome. I went in for an oil change and change of my air filter. They’re fast and efficient, and get you in and out in a flash. In addition to that, they don’t talk down to women like we’re idiots just because we’re female. They are genuinely helpful with suggestions and aren’t pushy at all. They also give finishing touches like washing the windshield and checking that all the lights are working properly. I will definitely be returning here, this is now my staple local spot for oil changes and other services they told me about. Highly recommended!
