We had an unfortunate accident at a bad time and were unsure of what to do. We got a recommendation for this business, so we had the car towed there. We've been to 2-3 body shops in the area over many years, and the work has always been good, but we weren't pleased with the service and the difficult process of paperwork, insurance company, rental car, etc. We'd never been to this shop but were desperate, so we just went there. My Honda accord was in an accident and I was recommended to bring it to Bay Bridge Auto Body by my mechanic. They did a fantastic job, it looked amazing and they dealt with all the insurance paperwork. The waiting room is nice and the staff is very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend!

Excellent service best in the bay! Clean, organized and honest, these are good people! I came in for minor repairs and left with a brand new car. They even threw in polishing my headlights and they look new - car never has looked better. They let me know what was worth paying elsewhere to fix other issues I had and what was not, so I left very informed!
